Our team of experienced and qualified support workers collaborates closely with participants to develop customised employment plans that align with their skills, interests, and career aspirations. We provide guidance on job searching, CV building, and interview preparation to enhance participants’ confidence and employability. Additionally, we offer on-the-job support to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace and sustained success in their roles.
