Cost and Funding Information

This arrangement and experience will come under Respite Care from your NDIS Plan. We will provide you with a personalised quotation and coordinate directly with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager prior to booking and finalising your trip.

Short Term Accommodation, including respite, is funding provided for support and accommodation for a short time away from your usual home. It covers the cost of your care in another location for up to 14 days at a time. This stay could be shared with others or by yourself, depending on your preferences. Respite care is often funded when your usual carers aren’t available or to give you the opportunity to try new things.

Remember, you may not need specific funding for Short Term Accommodation in your plan. You can choose to use your Core budget for supports like Short Term Accommodation if it aligns with your goals and needs. We’re here to help ensure this experience enhances your overall wellbeing and provides you with the support you require during your stay.
